Kitty's Newborn Photo Shoot | Hemel Hempstead
/I first met Kitty’s family back in 2015 when I did a Newborn Photo Shoot for her big sister Grace in St. Albans.
I’m getting so many siblings come through my door right now and I am always so excited to receive their emails letting me know they’re expecting baby number two or three.
When Kitty’s mum got in touch she was already a few days old so I booked her in nice and quick so we didn’t miss those first sleepy 5 - 10 days.
Kitty was the perfect sleepy newborn.
Not only does she have the most gorgeous chubby cheeks, she also slept soundly and let me position her like a dream.
After a few photos with mum, we moved onto props.
This little combination of floor, layers and flowery headband is one of my favourites right now and I’ve got to say, Kitty looks so unbelievably cute in it!
From the crate it was into the bowl and time to show off those gorgeous little toes.
After that it was on to my special Newborn Posing Beanbag for some photos on simpler blankets.
She loved being on her side so I let her stay snuggled there while changing up wraps, headbands and angles to get a variety of shots.
I always look forward to using this fabric. Just look at it! And Kitty posed herself so beautifully with her arms effortlessly up by her head.
You can’t forget those tiny little details that stay tiny for such a short amount of time.
It really was a pleasure to photograph you Kitty. I look forward to more cuddles in the future!
