Teddy came from Beaconsfield for his Newborn photo shoot when he was 8 days old. He had kept his family waiting an extra 5 days and they were very happy to finally meet him - especially his big sister Isla.

It may not always feel like it, but exercise in what ever form you choose, may be the perfect way to boost your energy.
You may be doing it for the physical reasons but the mental side is just as important.
Exercise can prevent or aid the recovery from post natal depression and if nothing else, can give you a little break from the baby mayhem to focus on yourself.
I was looking through old primary school books recently and found one saying
'Mathew Miller is my boyfriend'
I was about 7 at the time, while he was 11 and best friends with my brother.
Alas it wasn't meant to be and he is now happily engaged and has just welcomed his second son, Kellen, into the world.
Toby & Jake live with their mum and dad a few doors down from our house. They love saying hello to Jess the dog, showing me whatever new toy they have or just telling me something random about their day.
For the majority of 2017, the big news was that they were about to become big brothers. And they were excited!

You do not have to hold a naked baby if you're not interested in playing 'pee roulette'. Instead we can use a nice neutral blanket (or colourful, it's your choice!) and wrap your little one up nice and snug.

While we were getting to ready to start with family photos, we talked about the risks of getting pee'd and poo'd on when handling a naked baby. Madison's mum and I were wearing matching white tops (thank you Asda) which are lovely tops for photos but are a little risky around a tiny naked bum.

Read MoreTo start things off I used a lovely cream fluffy blanket. You'll have to trust me on this but it is SO soft! No wonder babies sleep so well on it.
I laid him down and got some natural photos while he got comfy and then when he was in a nice deep sleep I wrapped him up in a dark grey wrap.
